Have you ever WONDERED if those diet plans that you see
In the gossip magazines really work…
Well, I have so I decided to test one.
It said Get Thin For The Holidays.
Who wouldn’t want to do that?
The diet is based on 1,000 to 1,200-calorie-a-day plan
Based on a 5-foot-4, 150 pound woman.
I am 5-foot-5, so I guess this should be pretty accurate.
If I follow the plan for 7 days then I should lose 7lbs.
This diet was created by Stacy Berman, personal trainer,
nutrition specialist.
She has trained Courney Cox and the Real Housewives of
New York City’s, Ramona Singer.
In the 7 days, dairy, alcohol, starches and fruits
(except grapefruit) will be Nixed…
I’m going through withdrawal just thinking about no starches.
She has listed exercise suggestions but I’ll still continue
